Two jewellery retail design projects aim to strengthen brands

Two new clients in the jewellery retail sector are drawing on Design CLD's depth of experience in this area. Both clients are looking for our help to strengthen and support their online offer by improving their high street presence. The projects, one in Birmingham's jewellery quarter and the other in Reading, are due for completion in late summer.

Master planning for property developer

Design CLD are working with property devlopers Johal Munshi in the redevelopment of their 75,000 sq. ft. premises, Sovereign House, in Nottingham. Design Cld has been tasked with raising the profile of the building as a shopping destination with the specific objective of attracting new retail tenants. We are also working with same client on the development of a landmark wedding venue and conference centre in Barnsley, North Yorkshire.

Shoe retailer, SoleLution, beats the recession with a design makeover

Bristol based shoe retailer, SoleLution, decided to tackle the recession head-on with a design led makeover that has enabled them to draw in more customers and increase turnover in an increasingly competitive market. Design CLD worked with the client to create an efficient design scheme that made every penny in their budget work for them. The fresh, professional new look has already proven successful with an immediate increase in footfall and sales.

The Accessory Shop

Design CLD created an eye catching design scheme for fledgling retailer The Accessory Shop who opened their first outlet in November 2008. The 500 sq. ft. unit in Croydon's Whitgift Centre opened in time to catch the valuable Christmas trade.
